May 28, 2013

Dr Berin Boughton from Metabolomics Australia at The University of Melbourne, today presented the latest findings of food trials on 5 types of acacia seeds to World Vision Australia’s Acacia Technical Leadership Group. The trials were conducted using high-tech mass spectrometric detection and quantification techniques. The research findings are a major step forward as all seed types, roasted according to type from between 6 to 10 minutes, are eligible to move onto the next phase of food trials.
